This 1300 m² building located in Paris has gone through a partial rehabilitation and restructuration to rationalize its various allocations (shops, offices, housing), remove a back stairway, installing an elevator that would be more adapted to its new purpose and creating a terrace on the 6th floor.

The fixtures and fittings inside the building has a twin objective: rehabilitating the original areas that were kept during the process and creating new contemporary spaces, refusing all imitation or confusion in the aspect of the interventions.

The housings located in the upper floors of the building benefit from the entirely new installations and equipment and a design of coherent and hierarchized volumes.
