The major restructuring and interior design work aimed at merging the various independent parts of the original building and resulted in the creation of a unique house, whose exceptional living spaces, spread over 1,700 m2, have been re-created by restoration or completely redesigned.
The private mansion built in 1903 by architect Henri GRANDPIERRE for Pauline LEBOEUF NANTEUIL included, in addition to the reception areas and independent apartments, the workshop with a glass roof located on the top floor as well as several independent apartments.
The complex, completed in 2017, fully equipped with home automation, includes a swimming pool and a cinema in addition to the new reception and private areas.
